Fermented foods have a rich tradition and are powerful gut healers. They are rich in probiotics and powerful anti-oxidants to keep you looking and feeling your best while helping us to preserve the best of the seasonal vegetables. 

Join in and get hands-on in the kitchen, preparing both traditional and modern recipes and get comfortable fermenting most vegetables available your local markets. We will explore a variety of fermented foods, the process and the history of fermentation together, with some samples for tasting of course.

All participants will take home recipes and their own jar or sauerkraut or kimchi, ready to ferment at home.
