Only a short 45 minute drive out of the city will transport you to a little oasis nestled in the forest with a beautiful pond. You'll be greeted with a refreshing and delicious veggie juice to carry you into an intention-setting and welcome.
This will be followed by an energizing yoga flow that will strengthen and lengthen those muscles, while tapping into the mind-body connection. After a short break, prepare to sweat and tone as Carla takes you through a power pilates class targeting multiple muscle groups. Next comes some serious powerhouse nourishment with lunch and some mind-candy with a talk from Ashleigh Norris of The Soulful Sprout Holistic Nutrition on tips and tricks for how to stay healthy and energized with immune-boosting foods.

Now there is time for swimming in the pond (if weather allows and for the brave!), an infrared sauna, hike, or a siesta under a tree. Fully nourished and rested, we go into a yin and restorative yoga practice that will take that heart rate down and give some serious loving to those well worked muscles. It's all tied together with a short meditation practice, while enjoying an aromatherapy savasana massage.
This brings your body, mind, soul all together, content, ready to take on the cooler months ahead.

Pilates & Yoga Teacher
Born in Manila, raised in Toronto, Carla likes to make soap & eat pie when she’s not in Savasana. Carla’s yoga and pilates classes will encourage you to get intimate with your body and mind. She strives to empower her students to strengthen and care for their bodies, helping them develop a pilates practice to support their unique bodies and physically demanding lifestyles. You can look forward to increased joint mobility as well as an overall sense of calm and balance in her Pilates classes. In her spare time, she creates beautiful natural handcrafted soaps, through her company, The Good Bar, which sells in several stores in the downtown core.
Ashleigh is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and owner of The Soulful Sprout Holistic Nutrition. She reconnects her clients and community with the healing powers of food and plant-based medicines along with energy healing to address imbalances and establish a foundation
of health and vibrancy. You can often find her in the forest or at the local farmers
market soaking up all the season has to offer with my dogs Olive and Figgie.
Our journey takes us outside of the big smoke and into the country. Nirvana Retreats is less than an hour from Toronto located near Bolton, Ontario. This beautiful and secluded 14 acre property in the Oak Ridges Morraine, has a beautiful pond, stunning facilities, and an infrared sauna for those who want to got full tilt on detox.

If you need to cancel 7+ days prior to the start of the boot camp, we will refund you 100%. (Please note: we will keep a nominal fee of $10 to cover a small portion of the administrative expenses).
